By using a combination of remote login, phone support and our comprehensive ticket system, your network, software, systems and peripherals are all covered. Our monitored Patch Management Software will alert us to any new updates  for your operating system and applications, including Apple ® , Adobe ®,  Mozilla ® , Java ®  and Google ®  software *.

Support for all hosted services provided by VCS is included. This includes setup, usage and technical queries.


Monitored Antivirus & anti-malware

VCS Monitored Antivirus gives you real-time threat protection against viruses, spyware and other malware without hogging system resources or slowing down PCs – even during scans and updates. Any potential threats are reported to our support team in real time, allowing for their removal; often without you ever being aware. Our VCS Monitored Antivirus scans on your system, ensuring no potentially sensitive data leaves your network. Available for Windows & Mac.

Our monitored service also keeps track of the system health of your computers and servers. This enables us to detect and rectify system software or hardware issues before they become a problem, and often before they are even noticed. This allows you to run your business with fewer unexpected interruptions.


Support via tickets, email & phone

Support can be obtained via our ticket system, by email and over the phone. All support issues will have tickets raised for tracking purposes

short term contract - 30 day terms

If you would like to switch to our other plan or cancel your IT support package, we operate on a short term contract and ask just 30 days' notice. You will be invoiced at the end of the calendar month.
